Delegating duties for your Zumba Fundraising Event Part 1:

Venue  -






 View different possible locations, ensure sufficient space, negotiate rental fee within your budget or donation of space. Selecting a venue with enough lighting is a great feature for this event, it will "wow" the attendees and increase high energy for a great work out.



Instructor(s)

Finding instructors to lead a class that will charge within your budget or will donate
their time.  Many local gyms already have a contact list of instructors as well as private personal trainers.  Advertising through social media will be a great way of getting good referrals.

                                                                             Music/Sound System -

Some instructors provide their own music but you can also arrange a play list for them.  Many times instructors also have lighting systems, and headsets to follow along.  Make sure to ask if these are provided with their fee.
